About the Author:
Jan Campbell is an open heart surgical nurse and an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer. She received a bachelor’s degree in sociology/psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing from Sonoma State University. Campbell has been in private practice as a certified hypnotherapist. Campbell is a Life Choice/wellness Guide and now offers private sessions in guided visualization to help others realize their dreams.
