This original cartoon from Punch Magazine, dated April 12, 1933, is in very good condition. The caption reads: Justice. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY SCALES? YOU HAVE TAKEN THEM AWAY!" Stalin. "I AM GIVING YOU THESE INSTEAD. THEY ARE THE ONLY SYMBOLS OF JUSTICE WE RECOGNISE HERE." Drawn by the noted political cartoonist, Bernard Partridge, who, beginning in 1910, was Punch magazine's chief Cartoonist. In 1925, he received a knighthood. Seller Inventory # 141267
