Dark red leather cover with gilt title on the spine. Book contains 416 pages with the original preface to the 1782 . edition. Book not dated but looks 1860s. has engraved frontis plate showing an angel guide at the side of a seniors side. Condition firmly bound small rubs leather edges but still a nice binding , end papers age browning but not foxed, small mark bottom edge frontis plate.
