Set of two albums with a total of 77 photographs. Albums have black cloth bindings and measure 10" x 7"; tipped in photographs measure 6 ¾" x 4 ½"; approximately 13 photos are captioned in ink. The first album contains photos on both sides of the leaves, the other half has photos on recto; the second album has photos on recto only. Some leaves don t have photos but none seem to be missing or removed. Overall very good. Album covers have light wear and one album has moderate soiling; light silvering and yellowing to about a third of the photos. Album (1) contains 43 photos. Most of the images depict group portraits of teachers and students, one shows the 1907 football team, and another the principal of Jefferson School. Eleven of the photos in this album show the interior of school buildings, including the superintendent s office, the teachers assembly room, the library, and classrooms with students learning "Mechanical Drawing", English, and chemistry. Album (2) contains 34 class portraits with grades ranging from kindergarten to high school. Seller Inventory # 022015
