Media, PA: Filcon Publishers, Media, PA. 1991. First Edition. Publisher's ephemera included. Signed Association/Presentation copy, being signed and inscribed on the half-title by author Fili to Jerry Bernstein (see below). Octavo, cloth boards in photo-illustrated jacket, 297 pp.+ 22 page center b & w photographic section. Near fine book, perhaps better, corners just touched, really just as you'd likely have bought it, in a Near fine jacket with a single 1.5 cm closed tear at top of back panel, otherwise a couple locations microwear; very sharp jacket. Fili's honoring of the bomber crews over Europe in World War II, told through the eyes of 10 members of the crew of "Destiny Deb." Signed and meaningfully inscribed to Jerry Bernstein, who directed I Dream of Jeannie, The Flying Nun, and a number of other TV and screen productions: "To Jerry Bernstein - Those youthful days over Europe were awesome indeed - but we survived. Warm regards, Bill Fili". Also included are the original, and unused, publisher's announcement of the impending publication of the book, with an order form and envelope. What that might mean about the early status of this copy, I don't know. In any case, all the collectible points are here. L87. Seller Inventory # 001261
