Wenzell's art was a radical departure from the more constrained art of the Victorian era and showed a loosening of societal norms in the very early 20th Century. Internally, the plates are near-fine in this very good- elephant folio, whose binding is separating from the contents. His art is similar to, though more feminine and romantic than Charles Dana Gibson, F. Earl Christy and Howard Chandler Christy. Seller Inventory # 052718-6
