This VG-/VG first format book (plain end pages, gold lettering outlined in black) is an early reprint--it lists only to "Poppy Ott's Pedigreed Pickles" (1927). The book is modestly soiled, has a slight lean, bumped lower corners with slight fabric wear, bumped head and heel of spine without fabric damage, and a 1/4" spot of wear on the bottom of the front board. The interior has a hand-made bookplate pasted o the front paste down (see photo)--other than several small finger print smudges, the book is clean, free of writing and page damage. The jacket is complete and has only a tiny closed tear at the top of the rear panel and tiny chips at the front corners and at the head and heel of the spine; and the spine is darkened.
