About this Item
Schindler was the most famous private dectective in his time and well known man-about-town in New York. This small book was probably a booklet he gave out to prospective clients. There is a bookplate on the inside cover of a man who was president of the adventurers club and prestdent of a book bindery. He had this booklet bound in 3/4 leather with marbled boards and endpapers TEG. 4 inches by 9 inches. Signed by Schindler on title page. Also he made sleeve in the back which has - a letter on his letterhead from Erle Stanley Gardner writing about Schindler and they work together with the Court of Last Resort assoc. Also a copy of a letter from the bindery president to Schindler and the return letter from Schindler signed by him. An interesting item. Seller Inventory # 008109
