Pictorial tan cloth. Small quarto. 58pp. Illustrated by Kate Greenaway. Engraved and printed by Edmund Evans. First American edition of this short tale about a day in the life of an imaginative little girl who lives near the mining camps of California during the Gold Rush. This copy is complete with all 27 color illustrations by Greenaway. A good copy with some light edgewear and some spotting to the spine and lower portion of the front cover.
