About the Author: Susan Latremoille is an investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She worked on the institutional side of the business as a vice president at Merrill Lynch Canada. In the late 1980s she moved to the private client side of the business at RBC Dominion Securities, where she served on and chaired the firm s Private Client Advisory Board (1997 to 1999) and was a member of the firm s prestigious Chairman s Council for 10 years. Susan founded The Latremoille Group in 1990 to provide an unprecedented level of financial management, investment advice, and personalized service to her clients. Since 2004, she has been a Wealth Advisor at Richardson GMP Limited, where she is a First Vice President; she is also a member of the board of directors of Richardson Financial Holdings Limited. Susan believes her role as a financial advisor is to help her clients find the perfect equilibrium between fear and greed, risk and return, growth and income, worry and confidence. She knows that this balance is different for each individual, and that is why candid relationships form the basis of her practice. Susan earned her MBA from the Canadian School of Management and her BA from the University of Toronto.
