[Etching]. Rudolf Jettmar (1869-1939), Zum Licht! (To the Light!). Drypoint etching with aquatint in brown on wove paper. Sheet size approx: 15 x 11 inches; plate size:12.5 x 9 inches. Title, artist and publisher printed in the plate. Verso blank. Jettmar was accepted into the Vienna Secession in 1898 and worked on the Art Nouveau magazine Ver Sacrum; he is considered an important representative of symbolism.
