this is an early edition of this book of Australian Verse by Banjo Paterson, this example retaining its pictorial dustjacket featuring Saltbush Bill and Aborigines, the book is 7 inches tall approx. the jacket has some noticeable loss, closed tears with acid free archival mending tape, general darkening, red staining to rear with virtually no show through to the front, books cover has some lightened areas along spine, some fraying to spine ends, internally heavy browning to endpapers, heavy foxing to opening and closing pages, else in acceptable condition.
