boards are well worn andrubbed, split at top of front cover to spine, spine also rubbed and faded, D G Cook stamped inside cover, 23rd impression Sept 1923, pages have finger marks, foxing, age tanning, dust edge block, possibly a blank page missing inside rear cover, cover starting to split from block, but book is still very clear and readable, cannot find another copy of this for sale! picture on request, a lovely rare book.
