I had a desire to not only continue healing myself, but to heal the world around me. Since that pivotal moment I have lost OVER 125lbs... and have kept it off for more than 10 years! My life, as well as my career dramatically changed when I lost the weight. I became a health coach, certified personal trainer and a motivational speaker. I have been blessed to be able to inspire and evoke my passion for wellness to thousands of people through motivational presentations, health coaching, wellness retreats, and now the release of my new book, Small Bites, Big Results: A Common Sense Guide to Weight Loss.
