About this Item

Signed. Manila folder containing the following items: xerox of portion of Bede's Ecclesiastical History along with a signed typed note (on UCSB letterhead) thanking Mel Waggoner for broadsides, and explaining his source (Anselm) for the first stanza of one of his poems. He also transmits two unpublished stories. Next is a MS note signed sending two more stories. Finally, are the two typed (computer printed) stories: "Do Not Back Up" (which he calls revised), and "When the Earthquake Came". Nesset is a professor of English Lit, and most interested in flash fiction. These two short stories appear to be better thought-out than flash fiction. Though not marked, from the collection of Mel Waggoner, host of the public radio program "Profiles" which interviewed authors. Bookseller Inventory # mon0000093708
