Hardback with all three plates as called for. The cloth binding is stained, it has been soundly respined with the original spine relaid. The plates have some foxing which has affected the adjacent pages, there is some lighter foxing and some pencil l ines in places in the text. Illustrated, xii + 226 + [2] + 22 + lxii + 16.
