Mrs. Waterman of Galesburg, Ills. and formerly Director of Cuisine of Marlborough House, Atlantic City lectured and demonstrated on the use of gas ranges. American Stove Co. later introduced the Magic Chef Stove (1929). Laid in is a folded page brochure published by Lyons Gas Light Company, titled "How to Use a Gas Stove" and "Don'ts".
