About the Author: Jan Sten has worked with family businesses for more than 15 years. Successions, family business transfers to outsiders, and family business governance are typically at the core of his projects with business families. At Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland, he teaches an international course in Family entrepreneurship since year 1998.
