About this Item
Typed letter signed in full by John Maybard Keynes. Single sheet on King's College letterhead measuring 7"x9, with folds for mailing and some marks in red and green likely from the original recipient. Seven lines with a holograph correction in Keynes' hand. Dated January 17, 1931, in which Keynes discusses the arrangement of an interview in London between him and a Mr. Doran. It is possible Mr. Doran is the American publisher, but no Keynes books were published by Doran in the 1930s and it might be a different Doran all together. Signed material by Keynes is quite rare.
