(9 x 10). 206 pp. plus colophon. Color illustrations by John Rice. Photographs by Jeffrey Cardenas and Gil Drake. This was the publisher's (Bill Trego) personal copy. A significant group of stories and essays by the best writers: Russell Chatham - Jeffrey Cardenas - Jimmy Buffett - George Reiger - Nick Lyons - Thomas McGuane - Robert F. Jones - Peter Corbin - Jim Harrison - Flip Pallot, etc. The book is bound in quarter black morocco spine with gilt titles and green, blue and gray patterned paper over boards. Colored map end papers. With the original plain white paper dust jacket with the number 1 written on the front. Also includes the brochure, West of Key West, with two essays by the editors, signed by both. The brochure is the same size as the book. The book and brochure are in a clamshell box constructed of green and black cloth with a black morocco lettering piece on the spine. USPS is the best in terms of service and cost efficiency ¿ even though recent overseas rates, effective January 2013, have skyrocketed. USPS requires mails sent overseas and Canada can ONLY be sent by AIRMAIL. Charged at actual cost. Other overseas shipping options are available, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.; however, they are frightfully expensive.
