Orange, design & title-printed paper covers. This copy is in the original, brown paper mailing envelope with the printed LEC mailing label, and typed name of a Canton, Ohio based book collector (Florence Luntz), she has added the title of this booklet in ink in the upper margins of the mailing label. 3 cent & 1 1/2 cent US stamps present, with NYC 1940 postmark. The envelope shows some general edge wear, dusting. The A. A. Milne Essay: "Mr. Grahame, Mr. Roosevelt, and I", regards Kenneth Grahame's "Wind in the Willows" (1908), and Theodore Roosevelt, and prints the text of the TR letter to Kenneth Grahame.
