These novels include historical fiction set in the Middle Ages, and set during the Napoleonic Wars.Including all the Sherlock Holmes works which had been published by 1903. In a half crushed morocco binding with cloth to the boards. 'Micah Clarke', 'Rodney Stone', 'Adventures of Sherlock Holmes', and 'Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes' are neatly rebacked. Externally, smart. Spines are a little faded. Minor rubbing to the joints and extremities, heavier to the volumes which have not been rebacked. A few light marks, with a larger mark to the front board of 'Exploits of Brigadier Gerard'. A small amount of loss of leather to the tail of the front joint of 'A Duet'. A little discolouration to the front joints of 'Memoirs'. Crack to the rear joint of 'Stark-Munro'. Hinges of the volumes which have not rebacked are starting but remain firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Tissue guard to the frontispiece of 'Rodney Stone', with prior owner's pencil etching. Very Good Indeed. Seller Inventory # 888P13D
