A good condition incomplete collection of the 1830 set of 11 volumes. Missing Vols 4, 5 and 11. An ex-library copy with the usual amount of stamps. No dust jacket. These copies are all bound in leather with elaborate spines and are in uniform condition to one another. The board and spine edges are severely scuffed and show loss and some fraying. Tidemarks to the boards of volumes 6 and 7. Loss to the spine ends, particularly volume 6. Cut-out sections of loss to the ffeps. The contents have been well-protected, and while show a typical amount of tanning and age they also remain bright at the centres and decently well-bound. A nice near-finished set beyond the covers.
