Ornate gilt-ruled green morocco; 8" x 9.5"; approx. pp. 200, containing poems, prose, and artwork contributed by many different hands. Spine and boards scuffed; occasional scattered foxing (as expected), but for the most part internally bright and clean. Entries date from the late 1820s to the early 1840s, and come from numerous contributors, though certain names (Sarah Both, William Henry Woods, and Geoge Woods) contribute more than others. A few by W. H. Woods he locates in Bristol. Includes some very nice ornamental borders and designs by Sarah Booth, and remarkably accomplished drawings and full-color paintings (some full-page, other headpieces) by, again, William Henry Woods.
