First edition. 43 pp, profusely illustrated with black and white photo reproductions; quarto, textured blue card wrappers with title and cover design in gilt and black. Light wear to edges of wrappers, else about fine Souvenir program of the convention held at the Hotel St. Francis in San Francisco. Contains the program and calendar of the convention as well as a brief history of San Francisco and tourist guide to the City and surrounding area. Illustrations include a full page portrait of SF Mayor James Rolph, many smaller images of police commissioners, captains, as well as police stations, a patrol boat, the Golden Gate Mounted Squad, Traffic Squad, etc. Laid in is the Hotel St. Francis newsletter "Topics of the Hotel St. Francis," Vol. 1., No. 2 - "Police Chief's Number, June 19th to 24th, 1922.
