Bottom spine corner worn down a bit (Less than 1/8") and top spine corner with minor small break on paper over board just barely affecting 'D' of 'Down'. Front covers' tips with small bumps and a little wear. Pages show a little wear and a couple of them have light soiling frm handling. Illust. on page 35-36 has fairly neat 2" tear Size: 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
