One inch closed tear across from the left hand edge of the front cover with a small tear to the first page in the same area. Otherwise only slight surface and edge wear to covers. Pages a little browned with page 68 onwards much less browned due to different paper stock being used for this section. Light rust marks around the staples but otherwise clean and unmarked.
