Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. Daniel Boorstin's Copy of Thomas Woodrow Wilson, Twenty-Eighth President of the United States, a Psychological Study by Sigmund Freud and William C. Bullitt. The 6 by 9 inch hardcover book is 307 pages and in good condition. The blue cloth boards have only light bumping to the foot and crown of spine and the binding is square and tight. There are no markings to the interior pages, but the rear end pages have page annotations, presumably by Boorstin. The dust jacket is tucked inside and is badly torn at the spine. However, it is from the Smithsonian library with call number tag to the spine and barcode to the back cover with associated stamping on the title page, dated 1976. This is Daniel Boorstin's copy, with bookplate present inside. Daniel J. Boorstin was the twelfth librarian of congress from 1975 until 1987, appointed under President Ford. He was also an accomplished author of more than 20 books, contributing much to the fields of sociology and history. He was awarded a Pulitzer Prize in 1973, for his book, The Americans: The Democratic Experience. .
