Octavo. 100p. editions of this regiment are rare. Harvard has an 1871 edition of 88 p. Neither OCLC or RLG report other copies. There are portraits in the front and maps throughout. A list of officers and families from which they are made up is at the end. General Geyl who was the editor of the volume was kept in service through World World I where he was awared the Armee Pour le Merite in 1918. Bound in paper covered baords printed in black, backed in black cloth. Some light soiling or tanning to boards. A very good copy.
