Near Very Good. Small bookplate (of the former Chicago architectural firm, Granger & Bollenbacher) on front pastedown and smaller address label on first blank endpage. Binding is a bit shaken. Contents bright, however several pages have some underlining and/or margin notes done lightly in pencil.

Cloth Over Boards. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Various (illustrator). This very large book has light corner bumping with board just beginning to show on lower corners. Light edge wear, some rubbing and faint scratches of the covers. Very little wear at the head and foot of the spine. Also some 'dirt' on textblock edges. Hinges and gutters are solid, little shadowing of endpapers. 1085 pages of text including Index. Numerous black and white illustrations throughout. Highly recommend the a book of this size be shelved flat to prevent the weight of the text from pulling at the binding. Due to the size and weight of the book, it will require additional shipping. Size: Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
