Soft cover. Condition: As New. 1st Edition. A Fine copy in Illustrated paperback binding. In The Gitana Poems, his second book of poetry, David Gregor meditates on the often chimeral alchemy between Muse and creator. These loosely linked poems stitch together momentary bursts of illumination that, taken together, probe the roots of life and inspiration. These poems reveal that the most fleeting moments of life can trigger the deepest source of creation. Signed by Author(s).

This is a live recording of the January 15, 2010 concert performed by the Deja Blooze allstar band as part of the local artist series sponsored by the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts. The Deja Blooze lineup includes David Gregor on rhythm guitar and vocals, David Licastro on lead guitar, Larry Neubauer on piano, Levi Burkle on bass guitar and Dave Guignac on harmonica. Of the fourteen songs recorded, nine were written by David Gregor. Each year, a group of WICA judges selects four Whidbey Island performers to feature in their Local Artist Series and they provide their 250 seat concert venue at no charge. The evening with Deja Blooze was scheduled to coincide with the celebration of Martin Luther King's birthday and the house was sold out. This live performance celebrates the history of American blues music and features some of the finest musicians on Whidbey Island.
