Very very rare and hard-to-find title! Red cloth with gilt lettering on the spine. Dj is nicely preserved in a brand new protective mylar plastic cover! Extremely scarce first edition! 104 very clean unmarked and uncreased historical and informative pages nicely enhanced by black and white illustrations and 4 wonderful pages of black and white photographs!
