Soft cover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. Vintage collection of manly poetry--no edition / printing stated--1911 publisher copyright. Binding copy of a small 8vo soft cover and no dj as issued. The flexible leather covers with a gilt design and titling on the front are in poor condition: the covers' green tint has largely faded; the head of the spine has disintegrated; the tail of the spine is dried out and brown; and the rear fore edge is curling with tears and chips. Similar, although less pronounced, edge wear appears elsewhere. Still further, the front cover along with the green linen-covered end papers have pulled away from the text leaving on the lower cover still attached to the contents. Gilt top edge. Ink inscription and the date 1916 on an early end paper. Described as a binding copy and graded as fair because the contents, consisting of printed text on pages with backgrounds illustrations in lemon, are clean complete and currently free of any shaken or loose text pages. NOT an ex-library copy!.
