A tight, clean copy in teal green cloth covered boards with gold lettering and graphics and gold lettering against a red background on the spine and a graphic blind stamped on the front with minor overall shelf wear with the front endpaper removed as part of the library's withdrawal process plus there is some very, very light label staining on the spine towards the bottom edge plus there is some very, very light bumping on the bottom edge of the front board plus there are the usual library stamps on the top outside paper edges, the half title page, and the dedication page plus there is some light yellowing of the outside paper edges. This is a reprint of a book originally published in 1923. It is a collection of essays by a popular American humorous poet and essayist of the 1920s.
