Original Wraps. Condition: Very Good+. First Edition. Original wraps, 65 pages, frontis, illustrations, slight wear, limited to 400 copies. Six-Guns 1118 "Contains some new material on Bat Masterson, the Earps, Doc Holliday, the O K Corral fight, the Clantons, and other Tombstone characters." Mintz 351, Oaks traveled to Maryland, California as a boy of fourteen. He apparently remembered little of the trip, as he gives it only a slight mention. Oaks was a teamster for Custer?s supply train in 1868 and was present at the Washita, of which he gives an account. O?Keefe 1769.

This is a paper bound booklet limited to 400 copies in stiff paper boards with the signature of Ben Jaastad on front end page with just his name. excellent shape and housed in a tan paper slipcase with the title hand printed on edge. I do not know if the slipcase was from the publisher or a later protection. slipcase in generally good shape with edge yellowing and few minor spots. book in excellent shape with little wear. Signed by Author(s).
