Paperback. Small 4to. Stiff glossy pictorial wrappers. 127pp. Extensive color illustrations, advertisements. Very good. A tight and attractive "Special Issue 1788-1792" of "Time Australia," the Australian version of this weekly magazine, with a twist: Near the bottom of the colorful front wrapper (an Australian-theme painting by Brett Whiteley), one of this issue's main contributors boldly signs and inscribes in black fineline: "To Ralph Newman / with best wishes / always / Harry Gordon." Henry Alfred "Harry" Gordon (1925-2015) was a renowned Australian historian, author, journalist and war correspondent best known for his Olympic Games coverage between 1952 and 2012. Ralph G. Newman (1912-98) was the founder of Chicago's famed Abraham Lincoln Book Shop. Unusual.
