Though the book is listed under the authorship of Baughman it is certain that Morgan was responsible for most or all of this work or substantial editing. A typewritten draft of the manuscript in his style and with his editing resides in the Morgan Papers at the Bancroft Library. It is unquestionably of his creation. He does at least appear at the head of the list of acknowledgments. Saunders 35.
