Susanna Springett, the elder of Hawkhurst, Kent Co., widow, and Susanna Springett, the younger of Hawkhurst, spinster, only daughter and heir of Richard Springett, late of Hawkhurst, yeoman, lease for one year to Thomas Dunk of Little Chelsea, Middlesex Co., knight, a house, barn, oast house, gardens, orchards, etc. on 20 acres in Hawkhurst for 5 shillings. With the seals and signatures of both women and a stamp. Also signed by witnesses Sam Durrant and Sam Durrant, Jun. The property was on Woodsden Lane and next to other property owned by Sir Thomas Dunk, who died later that year. In Fine Condition: clean and crisp.
