Volume 1 has light bumping, wear and fraying on bottom corners and spine ends. Light bumping on upper edges. Staining to upper corner of the inside front cover that continues on the upper edges of the front page ends for 46 pages. Does not affect the text. Light soiling to front page ends of Volume 1. Both volumes text is clean and unmarked. Hinges are tight. Illustrated with many b&w photos. Errata slip is laid in in Volume 2.
