Contents of the book are clean and neat with only occasional mild foxing. First few leaves are bumped to the top front corner. Leather chipped at base of spine; rear board detached at hinge. Upper front corner of board has damp mottling to paper with some mild chipping at the edges. Extensive selection of mid 19th century hymns and musical pieces, all with notation. Aside from the detached rear board a very decent copy. G++.
