Solutions appear on pages 223-235. Includes an index of composers. Condition: Previous owner's name to front end paper. Part 2 consists of a supplementary selection of problems, with whole work containing 912 problems by 174 different composers, selected from the Clubs periodical, 1913-1921. Includes and index of composers and portraits. Condition: Holladay's underlining and notes through out and on paste downs and end papers, corners bumped, some rubbing to extremities, else a good copy issued without jacket.
