Small red and green smudge on back cover, possibly crayon markings. Fair amount of bumping along head and foot of spine, as well as at corners -- has caused some wear to spine and paper, partially revealing boards beneath. Color illustrations by Kurt Wiese throughout. With the exception of a few smudges here and there as well as some light toning from age, pages are clean, free of marks or tears overall. NOT an ex-library copy. Outside appearance is a bit more worn, but inside contents remain in good, readable condition.
