Loosely inserted into the volume are two slips titled 'Priere pour les prisonniers', being 'Prayers for the prisoners'. This work offers exploration of the office of Sundays and religious stories throughout the year. In a full morocco binding, with gilt detail to the front board, with a metal clasp to in the shape of a crucifix. Externally generally smart, light rubbing to the head and tail of the spine, joints and extremities. The front hinges is strained. Internally firmly generally firmly bound, strained in places.
