Edges: foxing. Few only pages with light few only small smudges and/or foxing. List of Lands of the World page has been reglued over white page, has a small open tear piece missing at bottom hinge conrer with closed tears on left margin. Binding is VG albeit being a large book feels a little loose. 112 colour and b/w plates:all intact. 455 x 310 mm Gazeteer: blue cloth on boards with gilt titles. Light rubbing and marks. Tiny wear to boards fore-cornes. Edges: faint few only foxing. Two pages head fore-corner dog-eared. Two pages top-edge with old light soiling, otherwise clean content.
