3.5" x 5.5" digest. Reprints two different eight page Tijuana Bibles: one featuring characters from Russ Westover's comic strip Tillie the Toiler, the other starring Elzie Crisler Singer's indomitable Popeye the Sailor Man and Frank Willard's Moon Mullins. Each page consists of two Tijuana Bible pages, with the Tillie story appearing on the righthand pages and the Popeye story appearing on the lefthand pages. The Popeye story is printed out of order, and pages 1-2 of the original Bible aren't printed at all, leaving a page blank. Whether this was a one-off printing error or present in the entire run of the digest is unclear. Popeye story also includes an instance of homosexual intercourse between Moon Mullins and Popeye. Cover lists price as one dollar. First line reads, "But Goldie how on earth." Double side-stapled booklet. 3.5" x 5.5" Tan card stock wraparound cover with some light spotting on the back.
