The top 2.5 cm has been cut off the dedication page. Pages have rough cut edges and have some foxing. (Mainly in margins). Six colour plates plus frontispiece all in good condition. The tissue-guard to the frontispiece has been sellotaped in and has a tiny hole. Two plates have sellotape marks to margins.
