An excellent copy of the very scarce first edition of this volume of children's poems from exiled Russian-Jewish writer Sasha Chorny, illustrated throughout by Boris Grigoriev. In the original Russian. The very scarce first edition of this work of children's poetry by Sasha Chorny.Sasha Chorny, born Alexander Mikhailovich Glikberg on October 2, 1880, in Odessa, Ukraine, was a prominent Russian writer and poet.
