Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Alexander Alexeieff (illustrator). First American. 8 vo, 780 pp. black and white "pin screen" wrap-around design, expressive of the artist/illustrator's work. No names, no pen or similar markings. First FEP and first blank page, together, show two paperclip marks. Papers formerly clipped are laid in, pages re book and author from Coronet Magazine. Spine lightly darkened. Binding is solid, square and book itself is Near Fine. No jacket as published. SLIPCASE edges are worn at open end, with one short tape reinforcement. S/C spine is VG+ with a short piece of tape on top back. All over: worn, but solid and intact: Good Plus.
