The book represents the talents of several of New England's finest tradesmen. The text letterpress was printed on the press of David Godine in Brookline, Massachusetts. The very fine facsimiles of the broadsides were all photographed directly from the originals and printed by the Meriden Gravure Company of Connecticut.
