Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. This benchmark work of photojournalism breaks with tradition in presenting a bloody revolution in COLOR instead of the usual black & white. Thirty years after they were taken, the images retain the gritty power they did in the late 1970s. Condition: light rubbing to the bottom edges of the black cloth binding from ordinary shelfwear. A faint touch of sunfading to the top edges of the binding. Faint stain to 1st free endpaper and a slight bit of foxing to the fore-edge of the book block. Otherwise, this is a near fine copy in a near fine dust jacket. The book is an oblong quarto with 71 color photos, captions, texts and a chronology.
